1. What K.Y.P. is

K.Y.P. is a neutral information intermediary: an independent directory that publishes professional listings with owner consent and links confirmed credentials to their issuing authorities. K.Y.P. is not a regulator, government body, or certifying organisation, and does not guarantee the conduct, competence, or outcomes of any listed professional.

2. Listings and consent

Accounts and listings are created by the professionals they describe. Owners are responsible for the accuracy of information they submit and may edit or delete their listing at any time. K.Y.P. does not create profiles about individuals who have not consented to be listed.

3. Verification

A “Verified” status reflects that a specific record was confirmed against a named authority at the time stated, and links to that source. It is not an opinion about the professional and may expire. K.Y.P. is not liable for changes made at the source after confirmation.

4. Fees

Paid plans cover verification review and placement services. Fees are described on the pricing page. A lapsed plan removes paid features only; it does not create any negative public status.

5. Limitation of liability

The platform is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, K.Y.P. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from reliance on a listing. Always confirm critical facts at the linked source.

6. Intellectual property

Owners retain rights to the content they submit and grant K.Y.P. a licence to display it within the directory while the listing is active.
